Trabzonspor Turnayı Vurdu, 1.8e Satıyor!

Arseniy Batagov, who Trabzonspor signed from Zorya Luhansk last season for just 1.8 million Euros, is getting ready to move to England with a historic sale. The 23-year-old defender, who is being chased by European giants, has attracted a hefty offer from Bournemouth.

OFFER REACHED 28 MILLION EUROS

The English team initially offered 20 million Euros, but after Trabzonspor’s firm stance, they updated their offer. It is reported that Bournemouth’s final offer is 28 million Euros. The gap between Trabzonspor’s demand of 30 million Euros and the English offer is narrowing. It is said that the parties are very close to reaching an agreement and the transfer will be official next week.

REJECTED THE GIANTS

According to reports in the English press, before this process, Trabzonspor rejected offers of 22 million Euros from Benfica, as well as 12 million Euros from Nottingham Forest and Lazio for Batagov. The club’s “wait and see” strategy has earned them millions of Euros.

Batagov, who has a contract with Trabzonspor until 2028 and earns only 680,000 Euros annually, will help stabilize the club’s financial structure. President Ertuğrul Doğan’s statement, “We bought Batagov for 2 million, hopefully we will sell him for 15 times more,” will become a reality with this transfer.
